Elizabeth (Betsy) Baker acquired her Florida Real Estate license in 2001. Betsy is committed to providing superior service from contract to close. She takes great pride in being Your Lifestyle and Luxury Home Specialist. Betsy primarily works with buyers and sellers in Shadow Wood at the Brooks. However, she has been representing both buyers and sellers in Naples, Bonita Springs, and Estero areas, including Barefoot Beach, and new construction. Betsy has a proven track record with results in sales from $275,000 condos to $7,000,000 homes.
Betsy is a member of Bonita Estero Board of Realtors, Florida Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors.
Her achievements include The Golden B.E.A.R. awards, numerous Keller Williams awards including Elite, Silver and Gold Circle awards, and Keller Williams Top Individual Listings Taken and Individual Closed Sales awards. She is consistently in the top 30 agents within her Keller Williams office. When not selling real estate Betsy's volunteer activities include Past President of the Junior League, The League Club of Naples, FL., James Buchanan Foundation, and St. Mary's Home for Children. She enjoys boating, tennis, working out at the gym, and spoiling her two standard poodles.
Betsy and her husband Bud have been residents in Shadow Wood since 2008. They are members of Shadow Wood Country Club and The Commons Club and are involved in numerous sports and social activities.
Prior to working in the Real Estate business, Betsy acquired a bachelor of science degree in business. She spent 16 years as a corporate controller for a third-generation distribution business. Her past experience in the business world provides her with strong negotiation, financial, marketing, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Betsy went well beyond my expectations in terms of managing my listing - from start to finish. Firstly, she arranged a pre-listing inspection and aided in the service of necessary items, and then she advised on steps to take to make my home more presentable and marketable. Betsy conducted showings and open houses and received nothing but favorable comments from the agents and potential buyers. She advised on the technical requirements of a home sale such as municipal regulations, utility discontinuation, acquisition of servicemen, and many other items known better by her than by me. And, she advised of a lawyer to handle the sale.
In many respects, the service that Betsy provided was exceptional and well beyond my expectations, particularly as it related to home sale issues about which I was ignorant.

Betsy is quite bright, exceedingly thorough, and very insightful. We spent 5 afternoons viewing homes in the Bonita Springs area. Prior to our visit, Betsy queried us regarding our preferences, needs, and wishes. Upon arrival, she had prepared a binder of available homes that fit our criteria including near-by comparables. After the first few days, Besty stated that there was a new listing that exactly fit our criteria. It was, in fact, exactly what we were looking for. For the sake of completeness and indicative of her thorough approach to the search she insisted that we complete our viewing of additional homes. At no time was there any pressure and in fact, Besty was the one with the experienced eye who pointed out the shortcomings and/or advantages of the various properties. She also impressed upon us, as SW Florida neophytes, the value of southern exposure to take advantage of the winter sun. Realizing that premier golf and beach access were dominant criteria she managed to obtain access to many of the golf courses so that we had hands-on experience with the various golf courses of the gated communities in which we had an interest. Although many had beach clubs she was aware of our concern that although the communities had beach clubs the ratio of available parking, beach sports, etc to the # of potential users was a sticking point. She managed to have us view a stand-alone beach club, meet the manager and that beach club absolutely fulfilled our needs. Betsy has a very good feel for the value of the homes relative to the listed price and was invaluable in our bid & negotiations. Little did I realize that Betsy's perceived job including assisting the various purveyors once we had closed on the property - and assisting us in finding the purveyors, etc. Betsy is an absolute pleasure to work with, exceedingly honest, trustworthy, diligent, and thorough. I can endorse and recommend Betsy without reservation and will guarantee that you will be unable to find anyone with her skill set.
